1. Who we are and what this policy covers

izinpostel.com is operated by PT Asa Digital Global, registered at Ciputra International, Office Tower 3, Level 16 Suite 39, West Jakarta 11740, Indonesia. In this policy, “we” means that company and “the Site” means izinpostel.com.

This policy covers the Site and the personal data we process through it. Service agreements with clients are governed separately by their own terms.

2. What data we collect

2.1 Collected automatically

Through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager we receive IP addresses (processed by Google), device and browser type, how long pages are viewed and how they are interacted with, referral sources, and clicks on WhatsApp consultation buttons. This information is statistical and aggregated; it is not used to identify you individually.

2.2 Provided by you through the enquiry form

The Site provides a product specification form at /en/contact/ and, in Indonesian, at /konsultasi/. When you submit it we receive:

• The device type, brand and model; its radio features; and the number of models involved
• Your company name, your country, and whether you already have an Indonesian legal entity or an appointed importer
• Your name, WhatsApp number with country code, and email address
• Anything else you choose to write in the free-text field

We also record your IP address and browser identity when the form is submitted. These are used solely to prevent automated submissions and abuse of the form, not for profiling.

2.3 Provided by you through WhatsApp or email

If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, contact details, company, and device specifications.

2.4 What we never ask for

The Site has no account registration, does not ask for passwords, and does not ask for payment card details.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager cookies to measure how the Site is used. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies; doing so does not prevent you from using the Site.

4. Why we process your data, and on what legal basis

• Analytics — our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the Site is used, with minimal impact on your privacy.
• Responding to your enquiry — your consent, given through the mandatory checkbox before the form can be submitted, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your own request.
• Legal compliance — where a statutory obligation requires it.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for you.

5. Who receives your data

• Google LLC — analytics and tag management, under Google’s own privacy policy
• WhatsApp LLC / Meta — if you choose to contact us that way
• Our hosting provider — technical storage of the Site and its database
• Government authorities — only where we are legally compelled

We do not sell your data, and we do not share enquiry form contents with any third party for marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside Indonesia

Google processes some analytics data on servers outside Indonesia. Such transfers are made in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 27 of 2022.

7. Security

All Site traffic is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to the content management system is restricted, and backups are taken regularly. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. How long we keep data

• Analytics data — for the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
• Enquiries and correspondence — for as long as needed to answer and document your request. Deleted on request, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

9. Your rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 you have the right to:

• Receive clear information about how your data is processed
• Correct or update inaccurate data
• Access and obtain a copy of your data
• Withdraw consent you previously gave
• Object to processing, and request deletion
• Receive your data in a structured electronic format
• Seek compensation for losses caused by unlawful processing, as provided by law

10. How to exercise your rights

Write to halo@izinpostel.com or message us on WhatsApp at +62 878-7645-9425. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person.

11. Children

The Site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. If we become aware that we hold a child’s personal data, we delete it.

12. Links to other sites

Where we link to government registers, legal databases or other external sites, those sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices, and we encourage you to read them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised.
