How we work.
SDPPI / DJID certification is the whole of our practice. We are not an office that files every kind of permit and takes type approval as one more.
We work from Ministerial Regulation No. 3 of 2024 and its implementing rules. A large share of the English-language material on Indonesian type approval still describes superseded procedure.
For importers, distributors and electronics brands, from first classification through to label artwork ready to apply.
What we do not do.
Stated plainly, because it matters more than a list of services.
We do not quote a price before we have seen the device. We do not promise a date that depends on a laboratory queue we do not control. We do not write content about regulations we have not read in the current version. And we do not take on work outside telecommunications equipment certification — company formation, trademarks, OSS licensing and PSE registration go through solusiperizinan.com, the permit network we belong to.
For foreign manufacturers this last point matters early, because the first question is usually not about certification at all: it is whether you have an Indonesian entity that can hold the certificate. That question is answered on the eligibility page.

Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?+
Most of our English-language work is exactly that: manufacturers outside Indonesia, and the international compliance consultancies that need a local partner for this market. The certificate still has to be held by an Indonesian entity, which is usually the first thing we work through.
Are you affiliated with the government?+
No. We are a private consultancy. SDPPI / DJID is the regulator, applications go through the official OSS and e-Sertifikasi systems, and PNBP is paid directly to the state.
Where do the figures on this site come from?+
From the current regulations and from the public certificate register, rather than from other consultancies’ guides. Where a figure is indicative rather than fixed, we say so on the page.
What languages do you work in?+
Indonesian and English. Technical documentation from manufacturers is normally in English and that is expected; the Indonesian-side documents follow Indonesian requirements.
