SDPPI certification, handled from classification to label artwork
We are not a general permit office that also does type approval. SDPPI / DJID certification for telecommunications and radio equipment is the whole of what we do, which is why this page can tell you exactly what we hand over at each stage — and exactly where our work stops and yours begins.
In short. Six stages, one team: classification, document preparation, test report coordination, filing, official fee handling, and label and QR code artwork. What we do not do is pay laboratory fees, own your brand, or hold your certificate.
What we handle, stage by stage.
Each stage has a deliverable you can point at. If a stage does not apply to your device, we say so rather than billing for it.
We establish whether your device requires SDPPI certification at all, and which technical standards its radio features fall under. You receive a written classification with the standards named.
Technical specification, product photographs, appointment letter, DJKI trademark evidence and Declaration of Conformity — prepared, checked against the filing, and corrected before submission rather than after rejection.
We either arrange sample testing at an accredited Indonesian laboratory, or assess whether the RF, EMC and safety reports you already hold are acceptable under the document evaluation route.
Submission through OSS and the SDPPI e-Sertifikasi system, then through technical evaluation, with every request for clarification answered by us.
The PNBP invoice is issued mid-process and has a deadline. We track it and tell you when payment is due, because a missed payment window ends the application.
Print-ready label, QR code and warning-mark artwork prepared so the device can ship the moment the certificate is issued.
Where our work ends and yours begins.
Consultancies are rarely explicit about this, and it is the source of most disputes. Ours is written down.

Beyond SDPPI.
A device rarely arrives with only one obligation attached.
Company formation, trademark registration, OSS business licensing and electronic system provider (PSE) registration sit outside SDPPI, and we do not pretend otherwise. They are handled through solusiperizinan.com, the permit network Izin Postel belongs to. For anything touching telecommunications equipment certification, you deal with us directly.
Labelling, QR code display and post-market duties attach to whoever holds the certificate. If you appoint a distributor to hold it, those duties are theirs and the certificate is theirs. Decide that before filing, not after.
Questions about the engagement
What do you need from us to start?+
A datasheet listing every active radio module and its frequency bands, product photographs, and a description of who will import or sell the device in Indonesia. That is enough for a written classification and a fee estimate.
Do you quote a fixed price?+
Not before seeing the device. The number of variants and radio modules changes both the official fee and the testing cost, so any figure quoted beforehand is a guess. We quote after classification, and the classification itself is free.
What happens if the application is rejected?+
Rejections in this process are almost always document deficiencies rather than outright refusals, and correcting and resubmitting is part of the engagement rather than a new one. Where a device genuinely cannot meet a standard, we tell you at classification stage — before you have spent anything.
Can you handle several device models at once?+
Yes, and it is usually more efficient. Each variant is generally treated as a separate application, but the document set and the classification work overlap heavily across a product family.
We already started with another consultant. Can you take over?+
Usually. Send us the filing reference and whatever correspondence you have, and we will tell you honestly whether taking over helps or whether finishing where you are is faster.
